Delicious Creamy Cucumber Salsa image

This salsa is especially good with fresh cucumbers and tomatoes from the garden. It really is delicious...hope you try it!

Number Of Ingredients 13

2 c cucumbers, peeled, seeded, finely chopped
2 c tomatoes, seeded, finely chopped
1/2 c red onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp parsley, finely chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded, finely chopped
4 1/2 tsp teaspoons cilantro, finely chopped ( i usually leave this out, as we don't like it )
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c sour cream
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp lime juice
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp seasoned salt
tortilla chips

Steps:

  • 1. In a small bowl, combine the cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, parsley, jalapeno, cilantro and garlic.
  • 2. In another bowl, combine the sour cream, lemon juice, lime juice, cumin and seasoned salt.
  • 3. Pour over cucumber mixture and toss gently to coat. Serve immediately with chips.
