Steps:
- Spray oil either onto counter top or use sprayed wax paper, place the thawed roll dough a couple of inches apart so that it can rise. Meanwhile, bring water to boil and add cabbage and salt, bring back to boil then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes until tender. While cabbage is simmering brown ground beef, onion, and garlic powder in skillet; drain fat then add pkg. dry brown gravy mix and drained cabbage, mix well.
- Roll out bread dough to about 1/8 in making sure it does not stick. Place small handful of cheese into center of dough then about 1/4 cup of ground beef mixture and top with another small handful of cheese making sure to leave plenty of room around edges so that you can top with another rolled out roll and pinch edges together to form a stuffed roll. Spray buttered flavored oil onto cookie sheet and place 6 stuffed rolls onto it leaving plenty of room between each one.
- Bake in a 350 degrees F oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown. (I usually flip all rolls over in oven after 15-20 minutes so that both sides brown evenly.)
