Dark Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting image

Number Of Ingredients 7

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
3.5 cups confectioner's sugar
3/4 cup Cocoa
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon, ground
4 tablespoons cream

Steps:

  • Combine Cream cheese and butter in mixing bowl. Beat until combined and getting fluffy.
  • Sift together the confectioners sugar and cocoa. Add to butter and cream cheese mixture.
  • Add 2 TBS of cream (or milk), vanilla and cinnamon.
  • Beat together. Gradually add the remaining 2 TBS of cream until you reach desired consistency. You may need additional cream but add very gradually.
