DARK BEER BBQ SAUCE image

2 cups dark beer
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup spicy mustard
1/3 cup molasses
2 tsp sea salt
2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp hot sauce

Steps:

  • reduce beer by half, add everything else except hot sauce and simmer to thicken, remove from heat and add hot sauce
