DAIRY NOODLE KUGEL image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1/4 lb margarine
3 eggs
3/4 C sugar
1 1/2t vanilla
1/2 lb thin noodles, cooked
1C sour cream
1 C cottage cheese
1 C grated corn flakes

Steps:

  • Melt margarine in dish. Beat togehter in mixer eggs, sugar and vanilla. Take 1/4 C of the melted margarine and mix with 1C grated corn flakes. Add remainder of margarine to other ingredients. Pour into 9X13 dish. Cover with corn flakes.
