DAD'S CARAMELIZED SCALLOPS image

Number Of Ingredients 4

large scallops, well patted dry and then salted
butter with a small amount of olive oil added.
chopped garlic
lemon juice fresh

Steps:

  • heat butter/olive oil mixture on med high. When bubbling, throw in garlic and scallops. Cook scallops about 2 minutes each side till caramelized. (flip only once. Don't overcook! Add salk and squeeze of lemon joice Serve immediately
