I discovered this recipe on the internet; I wish I had made it up myself. I made it for our Ladies' Workshop last weekend at church, and there was not a sunflower seed left! Everyone wanted the recipe. If you like a little curry, or alot, this salad will fit the bill.

Steps:
- 1. 1. Place the bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over med. high heat until the bacon is evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine the bacon, broccoli, onion, dried fruit and sunflower seeds.
- 3. Whisk together the mayo, curry powder, sugar.(and vinegar). Pour dressing over salad; toss well to coat and marinate over night. I stir right before serving.
