CURRIED PINEAPPLE CREAM CHEESE DIP image

Yield Makes approx. 3-3/14 cups of dip

Number Of Ingredients 6

4 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
16 oz. low fat or non-fat cream cheese
1/4 cp. green peppers, finely minced
2 tbs. sweet vadalia onions, finely minced
1/4 cp. walnut pieces, finely chopped
2 tsp. yellow curry power

Steps:

  • simply put all ingredients into mixer, beat on meduim speed until well blended. Put dip in a pretty dish and garnish with fresh mint sprigs. Serve with crackers, fill celery sticks with dip....whatever you want- Be creative! This dip keeps well in refrigerator for up to a week.
