Cuervo Margarita image

This is based on the recipe on the Jose Cuervo Sweet & Sour bottle. It's perfect! My mom discovered it.

Number Of Ingredients 6

4 ounces sweet and sour cocktail mix
2 ounces tequila
1 ounce triple sec
lime wedge
coarse salt
ice

Steps:

  • Use the lime wedge to moisten the rim of your glass. Dip the glass lightly into the salt.
  • Add the ice to your glass. Pour in the sweet and sour mix, tequila, and triple sec. Garnish with the lime wedge, or squeeze into your glass. You can add a splash of sweetened lime juice if you like, but I prefer it without.
