1 sweet onion

Steps:

  • Peel and seed cucumbers, slice.
  • Slice onion into thinnish rings.
  • Pour Seasoned Gourmet Rice Vinegar (I use Marukan) to cover.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours.
