Number Of Ingredients 6

4 zucchini (1-1/2 lb.), cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices Stop & Shop - 1 lb For $1.49 thru 07/30
6 green onions, chopped
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing Shaw's - 2 For $4.00 thru 08/06
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
16 round buttery crackers, crushed

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Combine all ingredients except cracker crumbs in 2-qt. casserole dish.
  • Top with crumbs.
  • Bake 30 min. or until heated through.
