Steps:
- 1. Cube boneless pork, slice onions and carrots, quarter potatoes and chop the apple.
- 2. Combine 3 tablespoons flour, salt, thyme and pepper, toss with meat.
- 3. Put carrots, potatoes, onion and apple in cooker.
- 4. Top with meat cubes.
- 5. Combine apple cider and vinegar, pour over meat.
- 6. Cover, cook on low for 10-12 hours.
- 7. Turn cooker to high and blend 1/4 cup flour and 1/2 cup cold water, blend well.
- 8. Stir into liquid in crockpot.
- 9. Cover, cook 15 minutes or until thickened and season to taste.
