Steps:
- 1. Spray Crock Pot insert with non-stick cooking spray.
- 2. Put all dry ingredients in Crock Pot and mix well.
- 3. Now add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
- 4. Cook on low overnight. (Oatmeal is done in about 4 hours but will stay hot in crock till morning).
- 5. All the spices will have floated to the top. Just stir well and spoon into bowls and enjoy!
