CROCK POT CORNISH HENS image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 8 oz bag dry stuffing mix (Arnold herbed)
1 quarter lb. butter, melted
1 medium onion, minced
1-2 apples, chopped
Slivered almonds
1 Tbsp dried parsley
Seasoned Salt
2 Tbsp Sherry
Liquid to moisten: Orange Juice and/or chicken broth
4 Rock Cornish Hens

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients and stuff into salted game hens. Seal each hen tightly in foil. Pack extra dressing in foil packet(s). Place sealed hens in crock pot, place dressing packet on top. Cook all day on low.
