1/2 cup diced onion
2 cups tomato juice
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup shredded mild cheese
1 1/2 lbs ground beef, browned
12 ounces spaghetti, cooked

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
  • Cover. Cook on low 4 hours. Check mixture about halfway through the cooking time. If it's becoming dry, stir in an additional cup of tomato juice.
