Crock Pot Chicken Stroganoff image

An easy and absolutely delicious recipe. Great way to use frozen chicken.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 lb frozen, skinless,boneless, chicken breasts
1 can(s) (10-1.2 ounce) cream of mushroom soup
16 oz sour cream
1 envelope (1-1/4 ounce) onion soup mix
4 oz sliced fresh mushrooms (optional)
1 medium onion, sliced, (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. Place frozen chicken in bottom of crock pot.
  • 2. Mix soup, sour cream and onion soup mix. Pour over chicken.
  • 3. Cook on low 7 hours or high for 4 hours. Last half hour, add mushrooms and sliced onions, if desired. Serve over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
