CROCK POT CHICKEN & BISCUITS image

Number Of Ingredients 8

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 small onion diced
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 Tbs flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 package of grands biscuits (10)
2 cups frozen corn

Steps:

  • Spray bottom of crock pot with butter spray. Layer onion, chicken, salt, pepper and soup in bottom of pot, add water to cover chicken, cover and cook on high 5 to 6 hours. 45 minutes before done cut biscuits in quarters and dredge in flour. Add the corn to chicken and mix in. Add biscuits and flour to pot, spoon gravy over, cover and cook for remaining 45 minutes.
