I made this for luncheon a lot at the cottage. Everyone went nuts over it. And the amazing thing is no one had any gas from eating the cabbage...thanks to the apples!

Steps:
- 1. Spray crock pot with nonstick spray(Lightly)
- 2. Mix in the crock the cabbage, onion, and top with the apple slices
- 3. Mix together the seasoning, the broth, the apple juice,and the mustard. Pour over the cabbage in the crock pot.
- 4. Cook on low heat 6 to 8 hours or until cabbage is done. Be sure to stir the items every two to three hours and serve the cabbage with a slotted spoon.
