This is a delicious, low fat meal that has been a hit with many, including the kids. It's fantastic for get togethers like Super Bowl Sunday. Instead of greasy Chicken wings, serve this!

Number Of Ingredients 4

2-3 lbs lb chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
1/2 -1 pkg ranch style dressing mix
20 oz bottle buffalo sauce or favorite wing sauce
2 Tbsp butter (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. Place chicken breast in Crock pot. (I've used frozen ones and just let it cook longer.)
  • 2. Sprinkle dry ranch dressing mix on top.
  • 3. Pour favorite sauce to cover chicken.
  • 4. Let cook for 4-6 hours. If frozen, on high or low will do just fine if thawed.
  • 5. When the chicken is cooked, shred with 2 forks. If too spicy to taste, add a couple of tablespoons of butter and stir.
  • 6. Serve on hamburger or potato buns for a meal. May also be served on rolls or Hawaiian rolls for snack size. Top with blue cheese or ranch dressing and ENJOY!
