CRISPY SPINACH image

1 LB Spinach
Peanut oil to fill 1/2 of pot
Kosher Salt

Steps:

  • Heat the peanut oil to 250-315 degrees farenhiet. With a strainer that has a handle quickly remove the spinach after 3-5 seconds in oil. Transfer it directly into a ocntainer in which you will serve the spinach. Once in the container, immidiately give it a dusting of kosher salt. After that you'll be ready to consume an elegant delight! EXERCISE EXTREME CAUTION.
