1/2 lb. Tuscan kale
1 Tb. EVOO
Flaked or sea salt

Steps:

  • 1. Oven 375 2. Remove stems from kale 3. Slice leaves into 2" ribbons 4. Toss kale with EVOO 5. Spread in single layer baking sheet 6. Bake until crisp, about 15 minutes. Rotate sheets halfway through. 7. Let cool on sheets 8. Sprinkle with salt or other spice blend.
