CREOLE SEAFOOD SURPRISE image

Number Of Ingredients 17

Chop the following:
1 med. Red onion
2 stalks Celery
1/2 Red pepper
1 Jalapeno pepper, seeded
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup Low Sodium Chicken
Broth
2 cups Mushrooms, sliced
3 Tbsp. Fresh Rosemary
1 - 8oz. Philadelphia Fat Free
Cream Cheese, in sections
1 - 1b. Shrimp, peeled
1 - 8oz. can White Crabmeat
1 cup Orzo, cooked as directed
on package
Old Bay Seasoning

Steps:

  • Cook 1 cup Orzo as directed on package while preparing entree. Entree: Saute first five ingredients in chicken broth until vegetables are tender. Add mushrooms, rosemary and cream cheese (in sections) until creamy. Add Shrimp and crab and simmer until shrimp are cooked-approximately 5 minutes (until Shrimp are pink). Season with Old Bay Seasoning to taste. Serve over orzo. ENJOY!!
