Creepy Cookie-Witches image

Vanilla ice cream and chocolate chip cookies make for some tasty sandwiches-and all you'll need to make them boo-tiful is some Halloween sprinkles.

Number Of Ingredients 3

3 cups vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
24 chocolate chip cookies (2 inch)
3/4 cup Halloween sprinkles

Steps:

  • Spread 1/4 cup ice cream onto flat side of each of 12 cookies. Cover with remaining cookies to make 12 sandwiches.
  • Roll edges in sprinkles.
  • Freeze 1 to 2 hours or until firm.
