Creamy Slow Cooker Pork Loin Chops image

These just fall apart they are so tender. The sauce doubles as gravy so I served this with mashed potatoes and string beans.

Number Of Ingredients 7

4 boneless pork loin chops
salt and pepper
2 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
4 oz cream cheese softened
1/4 c sour cream
1/2 c heavy cream
fresh parsley for garnish

Steps:

  • 1. Season the chops with salt and pepper. Lay in bottom of slow cooker. Mix the soup, cream cheese, sour cream and heavy cream together. Pour over chops
  • 2. Cook on low for 8 hours. Serve with the sauce and Garnish with parsley
