4 chalotas
1,5 dl oil
4 lt crema
1 kg shrimps
0,7 kg simpukat
1 kg tiger prawns
0.5 dl hummer fondi
persilja
salt
pippuri
4 cloves of garlic
3.5 dl valkoviini

Steps:

  • 1. with some oil Fry choped chalotas and persilja. Add cream and cook slow, add de hummeri fondi. 2. Hot pan add oil and then persilja next shrimps and simpukat.
