Number Of Ingredients 10

12 ounce(s) farfalle pasta (or your choice)
2 tablespoon(s) salted butter
3 cup(s) broccoli florets
1 cup(s) whipping cream
1/4 cup(s) salted butter
1 1/2 cup(s) shredded parmesan
3 - chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
1/2 cup(s) bacon, cooked and chopped
1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic salt
1 teaspoon(s) minced garlic

Steps:

  • Cook your pasta and set aside, keep it warm.
  • On medium heat in a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. At sizzling point add the broccoli and cook until tender. (4-5 minutes)
  • While the broccoli is cooking, place your whipping cream in a sauce pan on medium-low heat with 1/4 cup of butter. Stir this frequently until the butter melts.
  • Add half of the parmesan cheese and stir until smooth. Then add the other half of cheese and 1 teaspoon of minced garlic. Remove the sauce from the heat when it becomes smooth.
  • Place the pasta and sauce into the large broccoli skillet with the bacon and chicken also. Add the garlic salt and stir well. Serve and enjoy!!
