Creamy Coleslaw image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt
2 tablespoons Dijon style mustard
1 tablespoon reduced-fat mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 teaspoons sugar
Freshly ground pepper
3 cups finely shredded red or green cabbage
1/2 cup shredded carrot (about 1 small)
3 tablespoons chopped red onions

Steps:

  • Mix yogurt, mustard, mayonnaise, sugar and pepper in medium glass or plastic bowl or in heavy plastic bag. Stir in remaining ingredients until evenly coated.
