Creamy Chive & Onion Meatballs image

Herb-flavor cream cheese and pasta sauce give these quick and easy Creamy Chive & Onion Meatballs their family-pleasing flavor.

1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup (1/2 of 8-oz. tub) PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
2 Tbsp. oil
2 cups CLASSICO Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
1 cup water
3 cups hot cooked egg noodles

Steps:

  • Mix meat, bread crumbs and cream cheese spread just until blended; shape into 24 meatballs, using about 2 Tbsp. for each.
  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add meatballs; cook 5 to 6 min. or until evenly browned, turning occasionally. Drain meatballs; return to skillet.
  • Add pasta sauce and water to meatballs; stir to evenly coat meatballs. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 to 15 min. or until meatballs are done (160ºF), stirring frequently.
  • Serve noodles topped with meatballs and sauce.
