2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 dash salt
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients except vanilla in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil and boil for only 1 minute.
  • Remove from heat and cool.
  • Add vanilla and beat with fork or beaters until spreading consistency.
  • Cooking time does not include time to cool.
