- Place fries in a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan; spritz with cooking spray. Combine the pesto mix, celery seed and thyme; sprinkle over fries. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes., Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine whole-berry cranberry sauce, stuffing mix and thyme. Crumble turkey over mixture and mix well. Shape into 6 patties., In a large skillet, cook burgers in oil over medium heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 165° and juices run clear., Place burgers on lettuce-lined buns; top with a spoonful of gravy and a slice of cranberry sauce. Serve with fries.
