Steps:
- 1. Combine 1 1/2 C sugar and 1/2 of the orange (2 quarters) in the bowl of a food processor. Process to chop coarsely. Add 3 cups cranberries and process/chop. 2. Soften 2 packages of unflavored gelatin in 1 cup cold water. Bring to a boil in the microwave. Pour boiling gelatin mixture through the feed tube of the processor with the machine running. Mixture will be very liquid. 3. Pour the mixture into a 4 cup ring mold and chill several hours or overnight until firm. Turn out onto a tray or platter lined with greens. We usually make this the night before and pull it out about 30 minutes before we sit down at the table.
