Cranberry Mustard Pork Tenderloin Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 5

16 oz can whole cranberry sauce
3 Tbs lemon juice
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
3 Tbs brown sugar
2 pork tenderloins (2lb)

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine first 4 ingredients. Place about 1/3 of the mixture in bottom of slow cooker. Place tenderloins on top of sauce. Pour remaining sauce over tenderloins. Cover and cook on high for 1hr and then on low 4-6hr or until meat is tender. Allow meat to stand for 10min before slicing.
