CRANBERRY-JALAPENO RELISH image

Yield 3 cups

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 medium oranges, peeled, sectioned, and roughly chopped
1 1/2 tsp. finely grated orange zest
2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
3/4-1 cup sugar
1 lb. fresh cranberries
1 tbsp. chopped fresh mint

Steps:

  • Place half the orange segments, zest, and jalapeno in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Add sugar and pulse to combine. Add cranberries and pulse until berries are roughly chopped. Adjust seasoning with sugar, if needed. Transfer mixture to a bowl and toss with remaining orange segments and mint. Allow relish to chill at least 30 minutes and serve at room temperature.
