Steps:
- In a stainless steel saucepan, combine the ingredients. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Then simmer uncovered for 30 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly.
- Pack chutney in clean jars to within 1/2 inch of the top and cap. Process in a hot water bath for 5 minutes.
