Cran-Pear Crisp image

2 medium pears, peeled, sliced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon dried cranberries
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
4 gingersnap cookies, crushed

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 1-quart casserole with cooking spray. Place pears in casserole; sprinkle with lemon juice.
  • In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle over pears.
  • Cover; bake 30 to 40 minutes or until pears are tender.
