Steps:
- 1. Break saltines in a bowl,add tomatoes ,onion,green bell pepper,cheddar cheese and moisten with mayonnaise..Add Salt and Pepper to taste..Watch the salt...Chill before serving
- 2. Personal Serving Note::::I have added small salad shrinp to this just before serving .Just besure the shrimp are patted dry...I all way's serve in a Bowl lined with Romaine Lettuce,..DO NOT ADD TO MUCH MAYONNAISE..I have use this salad to stuff a Ripe Avocado withfor a women's meeting at church..
