6 bone-in pork chops (2-1/4 lb.), 1/2 inch thick
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Place chops in shallow pan; brush with oil.
  • Sprinkle with combined cheese and pepper.
  • Bake 25 min. or until chops are done (145ºF). Let stand 3 min. before serving.
