Crack Potatoes image

Very easy! Very Good! This makes a large amount and can be divided into 3 small 7 x 7 disposable foil pans and frozen. Wrap with plastic wrap and then foil before freezing.

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 16 oz. containers sour cream (can use lite)
2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
2 (3 oz.) bags real bacon bits
2 pkg ranch dip mix
32 oz bag frozen hash brown potatoes

Steps:

  • 1. Combine first 4 ingredients.
  • 2. Mix in hash browns. Spread into a 9 x 13 pan.
  • 3. Bake at 400º for 45-60 minutes.
