Steps:
- Soften cubed Parkay and shredded Cracker Barrel in a large bowl. Mix with wooden or rubber spoon. Add all other ingredients except muffins.
- Spread crab mixture on muffin and cut each into halves or fourths. [At this point, 'crabbies' may be frozen for future use.]
- Broil on cookie sheet until cheese is bubbly and golden.* Swiss cheese may be used instead of cheddar.
