Steps:
- Place all dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl and sift well. Beat eggs well in small bowl, then reserve. Then, add wet ingredients starting with reserved beaten eggs. Let the batter rest for 15-30 min or longer. This will cause the butter to rise to the top. Next, 1 Tbsp. of softened butter into pan. Then pour into pan with a medium size ladle at 1/2 to 3/4 full. Tbsp. are optional with equal amount. Spread batter around using handle and shaking until batter forms a perfect circle. Then wait until edges are brown and crisp and using thin spatula, place onto plate and serve hot. Top with whip cream and preferred fruits. Syrup is optional.
