Cowboy Spiced Pork Chops image

3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons ground cumin
4 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 bone in pork chops, 3/4 - 1 inch thick
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
salsa (optional)
sour cream (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat Grill to 350°F to 400°F
  • In a bowl combine garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt and cayenne.
  • Drizzle pork chops with oil and lime juice and then rub with prepared seasonings.
  • Place Chops on grill and cook 5-6 minutes per side, covering the grill while cooking.
  • Top with Salsa and Sour cream for something extra special.
