Cottage Cheese Roast image

This recipe is a favorite with my family. Serve with mashed potatoes and mushroom soup gravy.

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 c cottage cheese
2-3 eggs
1 c bread crumbs, seasoned
3 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 Tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
1 onion, chopped

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredient in mixing bowl.
  • 2. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees,
