Cottage cheese dumplings (with plums) image

6 tablespoons Farina
6 tablespoons Flour
1.125 cup Cottage cheese
1 Egg
6 tablespoons Butter (room temp)

Steps:

  • Let the dough rest for 2 hrs. Make a roll, cut out slices, wrap around the plums.
  • Boil in slightly salted water for about 5 min.
