Yield 14 cornsticks

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 cup yellow cornmeal
1 cup flour
4 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
2 eggs, well beaten
4 Tablespoons melted butter

Steps:

  • pre-heat oven 425* spray pan with Pam and heat. In a medium bowl combine; cornmeal,flour,sugar,baking soda,cream of tartar and salt. Mix well. add quickly, sour cream,milk,eggs and butter. mix well. fill each cornstick 2/3 full. bake 15-18 minutes.
