6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 lb. lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1/3 cup chopped pimento-stuffed green olives
1/4 cup raisins
1 pkg. (8.5 oz.) corn muffin mix
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
3/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Cook and stir bacon in large skillet until crisp; drain. Brown ground beef with onions and peppers in same skillet. Remove from heat; stir in bacon, tomato sauce, olives and raisins.
  • Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Prepare muffin batter as directed on package; stir in cheese. Spread over meat mixture.
  • Bake 20 min. or until toothpick inserted in center of cornbread comes out clean. Serve topped with sour cream.
