CORN AND RICE CASSEROLE image

Number Of Ingredients 6

5oz pkg Mahatma Saffron Yellow Rice
11oz can niblet corn, drained
11oz can mexicorn, undrained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stick of better
8oz block of mild cheddar

Steps:

  • Cook rice according to pkg, using water only. Do not add butter yet. In casserole dish mix rice, butter, corn, and soup together. Top with shredded cheddar. Bake at 350 for 30 min or until cheese is melted.
