- In a deep pan over high heat, pour in oil. Combine flour, pepper, and garlic powder. Set aside. Mix egg and almond together thoroughly. Set aside. Dip green beans in egg mixture the into flour mixture. Fry each green bean for about 5 minutes or until nicely browned. Drain and serve.
