Copycat Aunt Jemima's Pancake Mix image

Nothing made us happier as kids than waking up to the smell of these fresh baked pancakes.

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 C. self-rising flour
2 C. Bisquick
1/2 C. sugar
1/2 C. non-dairy creamer powder
1 egg
8 oz. 7-Up

Steps:

  • Stir together flour, Bisquick, sugar and creamer. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • To make pancakes, put the egg, 7-up and 1 3/4 C. prepared pancake mix into a blader.
  • Blend at a high speed until smooth.
