Cookie Dough Brownies image

extremely rich and delicious! It doesn't really have cookie dough in it but the filling makes it taste like it does.

Number Of Ingredients 15

2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup oil
4 eggs
1/2 cup walnuts (optional)
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
1 cup chocolate chips
1 tablespoon shortening

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients for the brownies in the kitchen-aid
  • Spread batter into 13 inch pan
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Cool completely.
  • in a separate bowl mix ingredients for cookie dough filling with a fork
  • spread filling over cooled brownies.
  • melt ingredients for the glaze in a sauce pan over medium heat until smooth.
  • spread glaze on top of brownie filling.
  • enjoy!
