I make these chicken wings on Saturday, when I have chicken wings in the freezer. My husband and three girls love it. It is quick and easy weekend meal, nothing fancy.

seasoning salt
adobo powder
paprika
garlic powder
black pepper
2 c all purpose flour

Steps:

  • 1. Heat up oil in Fryer to 350 Degrees. Pour the oil to the oil level it says on your fryer.
  • 2. Wash chicken wings, then sprinkle Seasoning Salt, Adobo Powder, Paprika, Garlic Powder, and Black Pepper on both sides of chicken wings. In a bowl put 2 cups of flour. Then completely coat the chicken wings with the flour. When oil is hot, the fryer will let you know. Put the chicken wings in the hot oil to fry. You will know when the chicken wings are done when the frying process starts to slow down.
